Project Manager

As our PROJECT MANAGER, you'll be at the core of our cross-functional marketing efforts. You'll ensure every moving part—from creative development to SMS and email execution—runs like a well-oiled machine.

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in B2C or direct-to-consumer marketing
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable juggling evolving priorities
• Hands-on experience with Asana (project management), Slack (team communication)
• Familiarity with Klaviyo or Attentive (email/SMS platforms)
• Strong understanding of aggressive D2C strategies: funnel marketing, performance monitoring, and paid media (Google/search/display ads)
• A plus if you have exposure to healthcare or GMP-regulated industries

• Background in copywriting or experience guiding messaging
• Extremely detail-oriented with a focus on execution and quality
• A track record of delivering results in similar fast-paced, D2C environments

• Monitoring and reviewing social media ads, email, and SMS performance
• Communicating insights and performance updates to stakeholders and internal teams
• Ensuring campaign messaging, creative, and timelines stay on track
• Collaborating with marketing, design, and customer service teams to align efforts
• Making sure marketing content is implemented accurately across channels
• Occasionally interfacing with customer service to support execution or feedback loops
