Web Designer (UX/UI & Conversion-Focused)

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented WEBSITE DESIGNER with a strong background in UX/UI design and a proven track record in creating conversion-focused designs for highly competitive industries such as casinos, fintech, or other performance-driven markets. The ideal candidate is skilled in designing visually appealing and user-friendly websites that optimize user experience and drive measurable results. This individual will play a key role in improving the performance of our websites and will work closely with developers, marketers, and other team members to deliver impactful designs that align with our business goals.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in web design, preferably in competitive and conversion-focused industries like casino, fintech, or e-commerce.
• Skills:
  • Expertise in UX/UI principles and designing for optimal user experience.
  • Strong understanding of conversion-focused design strategies.
  • Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software.
  • Basic knowledge of A/B testing principles and the ability to create design variations for testing.
  • Familiarity with web development processes and ability to collaborate effectively with developers.
  • Exceptional skills in creating custom icons, banners, and other graphical elements.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with responsive design, design systems, and accessibility standards.
• Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and receive feedback constructively.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating relevant experience in UX/UI design, conversion-centric design, and custom graphic creation.
