The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of the entire SEO process, coupled with exceptional organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications and preferred skills

1. 3+ years of experience in SEO project management or a related field.
2. Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex SEO projects.
3. Strong understanding of agile methodologies and project management tools (Slack/Shortcut or similar).
4. Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
5. Passion for SEO and data-driven decision making.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

1. Communication Management:

• Utilize tools such as Slack, Shortcut, or similar software for effective communication.
• Manage follow-ups, ensuring timely and clear communication within the team.

2. Project Coordination:

• Plan and organize status updates to keep all stakeholders informed and aligned.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings to facilitate collaboration and project progression.
• Act as the Scrum Master for sprint meetings across all teams.

3. Task Management:

• Efficiently handle ticket creation and management throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee the entire process, ensuring tasks are completed in a timely manner.

4. SEO Samurai:

• Possess a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of SEO, including on-page optimization, technical SEO, link building, and content strategy.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and algorithms, adapting strategies as needed.
• Analyze website performance data and translate insights into actionable improvements.
• Collaborate with content teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented.
