Sales Representative (Full-Time & Part-Time – Night Shift / Weekend Coverage)

Role Overview

We are looking for reliable and motivated Sales Representatives to support increased client engagement. The primary focus of this role is timely outreach and follow-up with potential clients throughout the intake process, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.

This role is mainly sales outreach and follow-up driven, with light call activity when needed.

Location: Remote
 Schedule:

• US Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM PST)
• Weekend coverage required for part-time roles

Qualifications

• Sales experience is required
• Customer service experience is an advantage but not required
• Comfortable communicating with clients in a clear, professional manner
• Able to follow scripts, processes, and compliance guidelines
• Organized, responsive, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working night shifts and/or weekends
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment
  
   

Nice to Have

• Experience with CRM tools or intake systems
• Background in high-volume follow-up or lead management
• Experience working with US-based clients

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up with clients who have:
  
  • Completed an intake form
  • Abandoned an intake form
  • Cancelled their intake process
     
• Conduct timely outreach via phone, email, SMS, or other approved channels
• Answer basic client questions and guide them through next steps
• Maintain accurate notes and updates in the CRM or intake system
• Coordinate with the internal team to ensure proper handoff and follow-through
• Make outbound calls as needed (approximately 5% of the role)
