We’re looking for a Performance Marketing & Operations Specialist to support our Growth Lead in executing campaigns, improving funnels, and maintaining marketing systems. This role is ideal for someone who understands performance marketing fundamentals and enjoys hands-on execution inside structured systems.
Your role is to bring campaigns to life, support optimization efforts, and ensure workflows run smoothly across teams.

 

Qualifications and preferred skills:

  • 4 to 6+ years experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or campaign operations.
  • Strong understanding of lead generation funnels and conversion basics.
  • Comfortable working inside marketing automation tools (ManyChat, Zapier, etc.) 
  • Confident with Google Sheets and basic performance reporting.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks or campaigns at once.
  • Proactive communicator who takes initiative and follows through.
  • Strong written and verbal English skills.
     

Schedule: Full-time
Location: Remote (must have at least 4 hours PST overlap)

Job Responsibilities

What You’ll Do
1. Campaign Execution & Optimization Support

  • Assist in launching and managing lead generation campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, and Facebook.
  • Help implement and adjust ManyChat flows, DM sequences, and lead capture forms based on strategy provided.
  • Monitor campaign metrics and flag performance issues or opportunities.
  • Work consistently on active projects – going deeper into campaigns to improve engagement quality and lead intent over time.
  • Support A/B testing efforts across messaging, flows, and CTAs.
     

2. Lead Capture & Automation Implementation

  • Support newsletter and subscriber growth by ensuring lead forms and automations are properly connected and functioning.
  • Monitor opt-in performance and flag friction points or drop-offs in the funnel.
  • Execute updates within automation tools such as ManyChat, n8n, or Zapier.
  • Maintain reporting sheets and performance dashboards in Google Sheets.
     

3. Operations & Coordination

  • Track tasks and deadlines using our project management tools (ClickUp, Google Workspace)
  • Assist in compiling performance reports and campaign summaries.
  • Identify minor workflow inefficiencies and suggest improvements.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and lead tracking in systems such as Attio.
  • Ensure workflows are documented and organized for clarity and continuity.
