Description

We are seeking a skilled Manual QA Engineer to join our team and ensure product quality through rigorous testing and quality assurance practices. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a methodical approach to identifying defects, and the ability to clearly communicate findings with cross-functional teams. This role requires hands-on experience in creating and executing test cases, conducting audits, and performing trend analyses to continuously improve product quality.

 


Qualifications and Skills:
• Must be able to work full time on Pacific Time Zone (California)
• Ability to adapt in a fast paced, dynamic and diverse working environment
• Ability to analyze and effectively communicate with English speaking counterparts.
• Good knowledge of testing methodologies, processes, procedures, with relevant public solving skills.
• Coding Skills, advantage but not required - Java, Python, etc.
• Knowledgeable in most if not all of the following:
            - Manual and automation technologies for web and mobile (native and hybrid frameworks) applications; test APIs; Git/GitLab; IDEs, Robot Framework.
            - MySQL/MariaDB/SQL, Linux, Bash scripting, AWS, other testing tools and/or frameworks Continuous Integration/Continuous Deliver (CI/CD), etc.
• Flexible and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Ability to prioritize and focus over multiple tasks in an agile environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure standards are met by creating analyses, scorecards, and by sharing the audit results on a defined frequency. Write Test Case scenarios and Test Scripts based on audits.
  • Perform quality inspection, documents findings by following required audit processes and procedures, provides trend analysis, and participates in audit calibration processes where required
  • Report bugs in a concise, clear and complete manner
  • Review requirements of projects - plan, execute, analyze tests
  • Troubleshooting errors and recommend corrective measures
  • Creates error trend analysis, scorecards and propose immediate action plans to operations
