Influencer Marketing Specialist

In this role, you'll be instrumental in expanding our network of creators and influencers across diverse categories. You'll primarily focus on outreach, securing crucial campaign details and pricing for both faceless content pages (news, meme, and theme pages) and on-camera content creators. Your efforts will directly contribute to successful brand campaigns, whether through branded content posts or the creation of bespoke content.

What You'll Do:

• Conduct extensive outreach to influencers and content creators across various niches.
• Skillfully negotiate terms and pricing for campaigns, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
• Gather and meticulously organize creator details, statistics, and campaign preferences in comprehensive spreadsheets.
• Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with creators, fostering trust and rapport.
• Collaborate internally to align creator partnerships with brand campaign objectives.
• Stay on top of industry trends and identify emerging creators and platforms.

Major Pluses:

• Technical proficiency to utilize tools like Apify Instagram Scrapers.
• Experience with CRM software.

• 2+ years of proven experience in influencer/creator outreach and relationship building.
• 2+ years of negotiation experience with a strong track record of successful outcomes.
• Expert-level proficiency with Google Sheets and comfort using project management tools like ClickUp or Asana.
• Exceptional English spelling and grammar, free of colloquialisms, ensuring clear and professional communication.
• A highly efficient and organized individual who is proactive with processes and follow-ups.
• A creative and resourceful individual with a natural ability to build trust and rapport.
• Ability to commit to a full-time, fully-focused schedule of 8-9 hours per day.
