The Growth Marketing Manager will lead the end-to-end strategy, launch, and scale of high-margin digital products and communities. This role combines marketing leadership, funnel-building expertise, team management, and data-driven optimization—perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments. You'll work across top-performing niches such as AI, trading, luxury, and wellness, directly impacting revenue and user engagement.

 

Fully Remote | Flexible Schedule | 4-Hour Overlap with 9 a.m.–6 p.m. ET

 

Minimum Requirements:

  • 4+ years in growth marketing, digital product management, or full-stack marketing roles
  • Proven success launching and scaling digital products to $100K+/month
  • Strong experience with:
    • Funnel building & landing page tools (Figma, VWO, Webflow, etc.)
    • Email/SMS marketing (Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, MailerLite, SimpleTexting)
    • Automation & integrations (Zapier, Google Sheets, CRMs)
    • Ad platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, TikTok)
    • A/B testing & CRO tools (Optimizely, VWO)
    • Project management (ClickUp, Asana)
  • Excellent written and spoken English

Job Responsibilities

You'll act as a full-stack marketer and agile project manager—owning digital product launches from strategy to scale.

 

Product Ownership & Execution

  • Launch & scale digital products (apps, communities, services) across AI, trading, luxury, and mental wellness verticals
  • Lead product strategy, funnel design, automation, and post-launch growth cycles
  • Set and manage timelines, priorities, and performance benchmarks

 

Growth Marketing & Performance

  • Build, test, and optimize landing pages & funnels (VWO, Optimizely)
  • Run performance campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and retargeting platforms
  • Drive conversion rate optimization, user acquisition, and recurring revenue

 

Automation & Lifecycle Marketing

  • Build & optimize email/SMS flows via Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, MailerLite, or SimpleTexting
  • Set up Zapier workflows and integrate CRM/analytics tools for tracking and reporting
  • Monitor KPIs across campaigns, communities, and product journeys

 

Team Leadership & Project Management

  • Coordinate with designers, content creators, and developers (internal + freelance)
  • Use ClickUp or Asana for agile planning, prioritization, and execution
  • Lead team sprints, delegate tasks, and ensure on-time delivery across key initiatives
