Description

We are seeking an experienced, dynamic and results-driven Affiliate Manager to join our growing team within the Casino and iGaming industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with affiliates and casino partners, optimizing performance, and ensuring a seamless experience for all stakeholders. This role requires strong relationship management skills and analytical skills, excellent negotiation abilities, strategic thinking, problem-solving, and a deep understanding of affiliate marketing within the online Casino and iGaming sector.

 

 

Key Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience as an Affiliate Manager within the online Casino or iGaming industry.
  • Affiliate Network: Established relationships within the iGaming affiliate sector.
  • Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements in the online Casino or iGaming industry, including familiarity with regulated and grey markets.
  • Technical Understanding: Strong understanding of affiliate marketing tools, tracking platforms/software, and best practices.
  • Negotiation & Communication: Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical Skills: Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented, well-organized, and capable of handling multiple projects/tasks efficiently.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English is required. Knowledge in other languages is considered a big advantage.
  • Proactive Approach: A self-motivated, problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

 

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience working as both an operator and an affiliate.
  • Understanding of various traffic sources and digital marketing techniques.
  • Background in performance marketing, media buying, or influencer marketing.
  • Experience in CRM tools.

Job Responsibilities

  • Affiliate & Casino Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with affiliates and casinos, acting as their primary point of contact, providing consistent communication and support to ensure their needs are met efficiently.
  • Affiliate Recruitment: Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates to expand the company’s reach and enhance revenue streams.
  • Performance Optimization: Monitor affiliate activity, analyze performance metrics, and optimize campaigns based on KPIs such as player acquisition, conversion rates, and revenue growth.
  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement affiliate marketing strategies tailored to different markets, leveraging data insights and industry best practices to drive player acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate and execute partnership agreements and commission structures to maximize profitability and long-term partnerships.
  • Issue Resolution: Act as a liaison between affiliates and casino partners, promptly addressing concerns and providing effective solutions.
  • Promotions & Incentives: Develop and execute promotional campaigns, loyalty programs, and incentives to engage and retain key partners.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including Marketing, Operations, and Finance, to improve affiliate offerings and maximize performance, and to align affiliate activities with overall business goals.
  • Affiliate Performance Tracking & Reporting: Provide regular performance reports and insights to Senior Management, covering web traffic, engagement, affiliate effectiveness, and financial performance.
  • Industry Engagement: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to stay up to date with market trends and competitor strategies.
  • Market Expansion: Identify and develop new revenue sources by working with diverse traffic sources such as SEO, PPC, email marketing, SMS, display advertising, push notifications, and pop-ups.
